Testimonials for Training

The course is the best I have ever attend to on engineer level that provide you with engineering and supervisory tricks of managing technical overview of SXEW plant. It kills all panic to running an SXEW with no fear of deviation.

Dominque Mande, Tiger Resources, DRC
Castle Lead Works Copper Electrowinning Workshop, DRC, Feb 2014

The course met my expectations because the instructor talks exactly about the problem I am facing on the plant and how to take action to improve that efficiency. Now, I am able to understand what was the problem in my plant.

Erick Kabond, Chemaf sprl, DRC
Castle Lead Works Copper Electrowinning Workshop, DRC, Feb 2014

I like how it covered all areas very thoroughly and how it included examples directly related to our operation.

Catalina Astengo, CS Mining, UT, USA
Copper Leaching, Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning (Metallurgist training), USA, Oct 2015

Kathy was very knowledgeable in this training and able to pass it on in an effective manner.

Brent Hardy, CS Mining, UT, USA
Copper Leaching, Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning (Operator training), USA, Oct 2015

The course was well taught, the material was thoroughly explained. Kathy answered all questions as well as possible and made sure everyone understood the section before moving on.

If you’re looking to learn about the process or gain a better understanding of it, Kathy Sole does an excellent job of breaking everything down and explaining it simply so that it’s easily understood, even if you had no idea what solvent extraction was before walking in.

This is an excellent course for anyone wanting to learn more about SXEW.

Metallurgists from Horsehead Metal Products, NC, USA
Zinc Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning, June 2013

Toute les parties été fabuleuses!

 Tout était vraiment intéressant.

Operators from Mutanda Mining, DRC
Copper Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning, August 2016

This was exactly the course I was expecting to attend because it fits closely to the problem I’m facing daily.

Highly technical with most of information simply explained even for a person not skilled.

It is an eye-opener course for all (metallurgists and operators).

I strongly recommend this course to my colleagues.

Delegates at Castle Lead Copper Electrowinning Workshop, Zambia, June 2013

Everyone working in the plant should get this training, this will help for a better understanding and better production output in a safe way.

Paulus Hamukwaja, Skorpion Zinc, Namibia, Sep 2014

The training was very perfect and I like the way the facilitator explain things. EXCELLENT!

Johannes Albinus, Skorpion Zinc, Namibia, Sep 2014

The course was very informative and obtain alot of knowledge and experience how to do troubleshooting on plant and solve problems.

Daniel  Amukwayo, Skorpion Zinc, Namibia, Sep 2014

Best training ever.

Bradley Mensah, Skorpion Zinc, Namibia, Sep 2014

This was an opening mind course, because it has made me understand smaller details on SX-EW that I had not used to pay attention to. I can now give clear explanation to almost phenomenon that I use to face without being able to explain.

It stimulated my curiosity and abilities in solving SX and EW problems and plant problems in general.

The course is very educative and informative and can help if you have problems in the plant, other delegates will help you solve them.

Les étaient très bien et cela augmente encore ma connaissance. Les débats étaient très bon et instructifs.

Educative, eye opener, intellectually captivating.

It was well prepared and presented. Also interactive. A great way to improve process knowledge.

I found the course as progressing to answering each and every question I had brought or was wondering before attending to it. I have tools to exploit and many room of improvement to implement in my plant.

Delegates to Copper Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning, Zambia, 2014

Great, worth attending. Provided good approaches in dealing with plant operational problems.

It has provided me with core information that would have taken months to accumulate. It has also stimulated my knowledge and interest. It has filled many gaps in my knowledge base.

Positive mine set shift. Empowerment. I have the confidence to plan/route challenges at my plant.

Delegates to Copper Solvent Extraction and Electrowinning, Johannesburg, 2013

I really enjoyed. I will recommend Kathy Sole, her presentation exceeded my expectation. She also has that motherly thing in her that allows one to be free in asking a lot of questions.

Informative and relevant and well presented.

A very good course.
